Lotus Clouds Privacy Notice
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Lotus Clouds at the time of booking. This is for the purpose of contacting you with information regarding your booking.
All information gathered by Lotus Clouds, whether on paper or through the online booking process, is confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Information submitted through the website is transferred digitally and stored securely by Lotus Clouds. This information is only viewed by Lotus Clouds.
Please share this privacy notice with anyone whose information you have provided. For example, emergency contact details, details of a friend or relative collecting your child from a class, or information for someone on whose behalf you are booking.
If the booking form is in paper format, it will be securely stored by Lotus Clouds for the duration required by the insurance company (currently 7 years after the last class attended).

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Lotus Clouds; however, this may prevent Lotus Clouds from providing certain services to you.
Use of Contact Information
You will be asked to sign a disclaimer when booking either online or on paper. By doing so, you agree to your email and phone number being used by Lotus Clouds to inform you of class changes or relevant information directly related to the service you booked.
You may decline to share your email or phone number with Lotus Clouds, though this may limit the services we can provide.
If you do not wish to provide your email and therefore cannot book online, you may contact us at 07950 288075 to make alternative arrangements for booking.
Lotus Clouds Mailing List
When you purchase a service or product from Lotus Clouds, you will be invited via email to join our mailing list. You have the option to opt in, and you can change your subscription preferences at any time.
Phone Numbers
Occasionally, you may be contacted about urgent class changes or to inform you if a place on a waiting list has become available. This will only occur if you have previously booked a class, event, or workshop, or added yourself to a waiting list. If you do not wish to be contacted this way, please email enquiries@lotusclouds.co.uk.
Emergency Contact Information
Emergency contact information is collected solely for use in case of emergency, should Lotus Clouds need to contact your next of kin or provide this information to emergency services. This is the only scenario in which this information would be shared with a third party.
Notification of Changes to this Notice
If changes are made to Lotus Clouds' privacy notice or to how your data is used, you will be notified via email or through a posted notice on social media. Lotus Clouds reserves the right to determine the means of communication. You may have opted out of communication as described in this Privacy Notice.
